Thanks again for your help in the purchase of the Jeep.  We had a good drive home on Saturday other than battling some rain from Crystal River to west of Tallahassee.  Fortunately, we stopped in time to put the hard top back on before the rain started.  You made the process very easy for buyers from out of town.  We really appreciated being able to get in and out with the vehicle in less than an hour (including a test drive).  We would definitely recommend you to others looking for a new or slightly used vehicle.

2009 Escape:   I purchased a 2008 Ford Escape from Karl Flammer Ford and I've had it for about six months now.   During my search for a new car I considered several other mid-size SUVs, but the Escape had the classic look I wanted and a price tag that was unbeatable.  A month after I bought my Escape, my best friend purchased one for herself.   It is the perfect size and it drives nicely.  I couldn't be happier with my decision. - Erica

2006 Fusion:  This was my first "hassle free" car buying experience. I've walked out of car show rooms yelling "Bait and Switch" at the top of my lungs before because buying a new car was always a war. I had my finger on the trigger just waiting for the surprise that never came. Gabe's calm disposition, along with his concern that all our questions were answered fully , along with Steve's loan paper work that was ready to go and accurate the first time has made me rethink car buying which I put off in the past as one of lifes most unpleasent experiences. * On 08/13/09, I was promptly met in the Service area & introduced to Mike Palermo. He had an attention to detail & handled my truck w/care (this speaks volumes about the dealership)! Mike went to the Parts Center & within 10 mins I had an estimated repair. While at the Parts Center, I spoke w/Clint Brandl. I found Clint to be both professional & knowledgeable. Before I finished my coffee, (10 mins), I was back on the road. I was stunned! I am writing this letter to let you know how impressed I was with your Service Team. * I had my Taurus serviced at your dealership and wanted to tell you I was very pleased with the help Mike Palermo gave me. It took three trips to get the repair done but Mike did his best to see it was done right and, so far, I've had no problems.
